How quickly can you deliver orders?

Delivery times depend on your location: Hamburg & surrounding areas: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2 PM. Germany-wide: 1-2 business days via DHL Express. EU countries: 2-4 business days. Emergency orders: Contact us for rush delivery options.

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer flexible payment terms based on your business needs: Starter tier (1-5kg): Net 30 days. Growth tier (5-15kg): Net 30 or Net 45 days. Professional tier (15-50kg): Net 45 or Net 60 days. Enterprise tier (50kg+): Custom terms negotiable. First orders typically require prepayment or credit card. After establishing a relationship, we extend credit terms.

How do you ensure consistent quality across batches?

Quality consistency is our top priority. We work directly with local partners in Japan who follow strict harvesting and processing protocols. Every batch undergoes color consistency testing using spectrophotometry, taste testing by certified tea sommeliers, particle size analysis for optimal dissolution, heavy metal and pesticide testing by independent labs, and freshness verification (we stock < 6 months from harvest).

Can you help with staff training on matcha preparation?

Yes! We offer comprehensive training for your team: Basic training (all tiers): Written guides on proper storage, preparation techniques, and common mistakes. Growth tier and above: 1-2 hour on-site or virtual training sessions covering traditional whisking, modern latte preparation, and recipe development. Professional tier and above: Quarterly refresher sessions, advanced techniques, and new product training.
