Chasen Holder — Ceramic

The small ceramic stand your chasen sits on between uses. It does two things: lets the prongs air-dry without pooling water, and helps them keep their original outward curve instead of collapsing inward.
If you’re going to invest in a good chasen, you need one of these. Without it, the prongs warp out of shape much faster than they should.
