Our matcha for milk drinks. We blended two cultivars — Yabukita for a balanced, full-bodied base and Saemidori for vivid green color and natural sweetness — into a tea that holds up against milk without losing itself.
The honest pitch: matcha has gotten expensive. Limited supply, surging demand. We get it. This blend is our answer for anyone who wants a daily-driver matcha latte without doing the math every time — about €1.20 per 2g serving.

For a matcha latte: Sift 2g into your bowl. Add a splash of water at 70°C and whisk into a smooth paste. Top with hot or cold milk, stir, and drink.
